1. Commitment to providing a world-class education to students from historically underserved communities
2. Relevant teaching experience
3. Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 and above required
4. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in content area preferred
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
6. Strong oral and written communication skills
7. Technical expertise in two or more of the following areas is desirable:
8. Standard software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, email)
9. Web-based authoring and instruction
10. Graphics software
